It's all very Capone, a semi-shady poker room in the building behind the Wild Rose that neighbors looked the other way about--"It has not been a very hush-hush thing," a neighbor told the Seattle Times. "Everybody in the apartment building knew this was going on. It didn't bother them."

Either that or they have hired the stoners they are busting to come up with operation names.
