One Issaquah woman surely didn't get the injection's worth of wrinkle-free beauty that she bargained for, after discovering the Natural Beauty salon in Bellevue had used a fake Botox material on her face. The woman reported the salon to authorities after her face became inflamed, swollen and hard, and needed to be treated by a plastic surgeon. Sexy! Shortly thereafter, Feds busted into the Bellevue salon arresting three workers, including Xin "Faith" He, who administered the bogus injections without a license.
